This 9-day Sri Lankan tour offers an in-depth journey through the country’s cultural and religious landmarks, as well as scenic coastal and inland regions. Day 1: Colombo
- Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, meet with our representative and proceed to Negombo/Colombo for overnight stay.
Day 2 & Day 3: Negombo – Jaffna (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast proceed to Jaffna to visit Mannawari Temple.
- Rama is believed to have installed a shiva lingam, an icon of Lord Shiva, at Manawari Kovil in Chilaw.
- Later proceed to Munneswaram Kovil – one of the three celebrated ancient Isvarams of Lord Shiva the other two being Thiruketheeswaram near Mannar and Konneswaram in Trincomalee.
- Visit Jaffna District, Nagapooshani Temple (Nainativu) Jaffna, Nallur Temple, Karainagar Sivan Kovil, Keerimalai Naguleswaram Temple and Jaffna Fort.

Day 4: Jaffna – Trincomalee (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast proceed to Trincomalee.
- Visit Koneswaram Kovil, where the temple is built on top of the cliff, tottering right on the edge of the Indian Ocean.
- Among the sights of the place are the seven hot springs of Kanniya, on the road to Trincomalee.

Day 5: Trincomalee – Kandy (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast, proceed to Kandy.
- Visit Spice Garden in Matale to see the different spices, which Sri Lanka is famous for.
- You will be introduced to different spices and shown how some of these spices are grown and processed in Kandy, including Upper Lake Drive, Market Square, Arts & Crafts Centre, Gem Museum & Temple of Tooth Relic.
- By the night, experience a colourful show where you will be taken to mind blowing Sri Lankan culture extravaganza.

Day 6: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya and visit Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple at Ramboda.
- On every full moon day special pooja’s are conducted and witnessed by thousands of devotees.
- Visit Seetha Amman Temple.
- Enjoy “Tea Experience”, which involves a visit to a plantation to observe first-hand the process, starting from the plucking field where it all begins with the picking of “two leaves and a bud” to the factory where the processing begins.
- Visit Nuwara Eliya “Little England” of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls, and Tea Plantations.

Day 7: Nuwara Eliya – Kataragama (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast, proceed to Kataragama.
- Kataragama is a popular pilgrimage destination frequented by adherents of all religions in Sri Lanka.
- Offering to the god is made at 4.30am 10.30am and 6.30pm daily.

Day 8: Kataragama – Galle (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast proceed to Galle world heritage site. (Optional – RM200 /- entrance per person
- At dusk, visit the Yala National Park with a total protected area of 126,768 hectares, Yala consists of scrub plains, lagoons and rocky sections and offers the broadest cross-section of the country’s flora and fauna.
- One of the most iconic scenes you’re bound to see in Sri Lanka is stilt fishing.
- Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, originally built by the Portuguese and then further developed by the Dutch and the British, covers nearly four sq kms, and is protected by 12 bastions and connecting ramparts.
- Buildings of interest include the Dutch Reformed Church, All Saints Church, Amangalla Hotel (formerly the New Oriental Hotel), and the lighthouse and bell tower.

Day 9: Galle – Colombo – Departure (Breakfast)
- After breakfast proceed to Colombo.
- Visit to Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple in Dehiwala the only Temple in the world to have a chariot for Anjaneyar.
- Proceed to Colombo, drive through the city.
- Visit the BMICH, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Aquare.
- Start shopping in Colombo, visit ODEL, House of Fashion, Arcade Independence Square and Beverly Street.
- Visit the bargain market in Colombo Pettah.
- Late evening, transfer to airport for departure.
