Day 1 Kuala Lumpur – Colombo (MOB)
Upon arrival in Sri Lanka, you will meet our representative and proceed to Negombo for overnight.
Day 2 Negombo – Sigiriya (Distance 178 km, estimated time 02 hrs) (B)
After breakfast, you can choose to proceed to Sigiriya (optional cost of USD 30). Explore the Dambulla Cave Temple and enjoy its beautiful sights. Spend the night in Sigiriya.
Day 3 Sigiriya – Kandy (Distance 90 km, estimated time 01 hrs) (B)
After breakfast, continue to Kandy, where you'll visit several attractions, including the famous Spice Garden in Matale, Upper Lake Drive, Market Square, Arts & Crafts Centre, and the Gem Museum. Explore the Temple of the Tooth Relic, an important Buddhist site in Kandy, known as the hill capital and the annual venue of the Perahera festival, a celebration of Buddhism's influence in Sri Lanka. In the evening, enjoy a Sri Lankan cultural show. You will spend the night in Kandy.
Day 4 Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (Distance 80 km, estimated time 01 hrs) (B)
After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya for a guided tour of the tea plantation, where you can observe the tea-making process firsthand. Currently, Sri Lanka is one of the largest exporters of Ceylon tea worldwide. You will stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5 Nuwara Eliya – Katharagama (Distance 80 km, estimated time 02 hrs) (B)
After breakfast, depart for Kataragama, a pilgrimage town considered sacred by Buddhists, Hindus, and the indigenous Vedda people of Sri Lanka. It's also a place of worship for people from South India. You have the option to participate in a Yala Safari (Optional: RM 450 Per Person) in the evening, which will take you through Yala (Ruhunu) National Park, known for having the highest concentration of leopards in Sri Lanka. You will spend the night at the Tishamaharama hotel.
Day 6 Yala – Pass Thru Galle (B) (Distance 226 km, estimated time 02 hrs) (B)
After breakfast, continue to Galle, a city that is a living time capsule. It's home to the largest occupied fort in Asia, and its charm goes beyond its golden beaches and clear blue waters. You can immerse yourself in the picturesque views and rich history while strolling through the narrow, cobbled streets within the fort. You will spend the night in Bentota.
Day 7 Bentota – Colombo (Distance 85 km estimated time 01 hrs) (B)
After breakfast, proceed to Colombo. In Colombo, take a drive through Cinnamon Gardens, visit Fort, which was once the British military garrison, explore Sea Street in the heart of Pettah, visit the Bazaar area, a Hindu Temple, and The Dutch Church of Wolfendhal. You'll also can visit Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), see a replica of the Avukana Buddha, and explore Independence Square. From shopping at bustling bazaars to stylish boutique outlets, Odel is Sri Lanka's most famous shop in the city centre. You can also explore home goods stores like Paradise Road, Suriya, and Gandhara, as well as Saffron Villas, known for its antique furniture. Spend a lively morning wandering the narrow streets of Pettah Bazaar. Finally, transfer to the airport for your flight back home. End of Tour.
