Overview
This 5-day tour of Sri Lanka takes travelers on a journey through the island’s vibrant culture, scenic landscapes, and historical landmarks. The adventure begins in Kandy, where visitors will explore the Temple of the Sacred Tooth and enjoy a cultural show. From there, the tour continues to Nuwara Eliya, a beautiful hill station famous for its tea plantations, Ramboda Falls, and Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple. The journey then heads to Kataragama, known for its temples, before traveling to the coastal town of Galle, where you can enjoy a jeep safari in Yala National Park and experience stilt fishing.
The final leg of the trip takes visitors to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s bustling capital, where they can visit the Gangaramaya Temple, explore the city’s highlights, and shop for souvenirs. Throughout the tour, guests will enjoy a mix of cultural experiences, sightseeing, and relaxation, with plenty of opportunities to immerse themselves in the island’s unique heritage and natural beauty.

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo – Kandy
- Upon arrival at Colombo Airport, meet with our representative.
- Transfer to Kandy.
- En route visit the Spice Garden.
- Visit The Temple of the Sacred Tooth with Murugan temple.
- Experience the Kandy Cultural Show.
- Check in hotel and overnight stay.
Day 2: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Proceed to Nuwara Eliya and en route visit the Ramboda Falls.
- Visit Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple.
- Once in the tea factory, learn about how tea is cultivated, then visit the factory where ancient machines pre-dating the industrial revolution wither, roll and dry the tea.
- Next proceed to the city view of Nuwara Eliya.
- Check into hotel and relax.
Day 3: Nuwara Eliya – Kataragama (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Nuwara Eliya to Ella by train ride.
- Proceed to Kataragama and en route visit Seetha Amman Temple.
- Then proceed to visit Ravana Ella Cave.
- After that, head to Murugan Temple (the annual procession held in July or August is the main event of the shrine with the fire walkers and Kawadi dancers)
- On completion, check into the hotel and relax.
Day 4: Kataragama – Galle – Colombo (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Proceed to Colombo via Galle.
- En route Experience a Safari Ride in Yala of your own choice.
- Explore Galle Fort.
- On completion proceed to Colombo.
- En route, witness some beautiful Turtles at the Turtle Hatchery.
- On arrival, check in hotel and relax.
Day 5 Colombo – Airport (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Visit Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple and Gangaramaya Temple.
- Then proceed to explore the city of Colombo.
- When it’s evening, start shopping in Colombo.
- Proceed to the airport for departure.
