Overview
This itinerary begins with arrival in Istanbul, airport meet and transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight stay. The program includes full day sightseeing in Istanbul with visits to the Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque), Hippodrome, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar, along with a unique moment experiencing Turkish coffee at Sark Kahvesi. The journey continues with a half-day sightseeing tour featuring the Spice Market and a Bosphorus Cruise, followed by a domestic flight from Istanbul to Kayseri and transfer to Cappadocia with dinner and overnight stay.

- Explore the corridors filled with exotic oils, herbs, spices, nuts, honey, dried fruits, sweets, and herbal remedies.
- Experience the rich aromas that have filled the market for nearly 350 years, immersing yourself in the atmosphere of a spice trader.
- Continue the tour with a Bosphorus Cruise on a regular boat.
- Sail through the waterway separating Asia and Europe.
- Admire Ottoman wooden mansions, marble palaces, foreign embassies estates, and small fishing villages along the way.
