Overview
This 4-day itinerary starts with a pick-up from your Kuala Lumpur hotel and a scenic 4.5-hour drive to Penang. Upon arrival, enjoy a half-day tour of Georgetown, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you’ll explore Fort Cornwallis, Little India, the Streets of Racial Harmony, Penang Street Art, and Chew Jetty, with a stop for Penang’s famous White Coffee at Coffee Tree. After the tour, check in at your hotel for the night.
On Day 2, embark on a full-day city tour, beginning with a funicular ride up Penang Hill for stunning panoramic views. You’ll also visit the Wat Chayamangkalaram Temple with its impressive Reclining Buddha and the Dhammikarama Burmese Temple, home to Malaysia’s tallest Buddha statue. Day 3 takes you to Kampung Agong, where you’ll discover traditional architecture and a serene pond with water lilies. Then, head to Batu Ferringhi beach for some relaxation or optional water activities like jet-skiing and parasailing. Afterward, return to your hotel. On Day 4, after breakfast, check out and head back to Kuala Lumpur for your departure, concluding the tour.

- Any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by the local authorities, including but not limited to tourism taxes, service charges, or municipal fees, that are required to be paid upon check-in or during the stay shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Any additional fees or charges imposed by the hotel or provider for optional services or amenities not mentioned in the package shall be the responsibility of the guest and must be settled directly on-site.

Itinerary
Day 1: Kuala Lumpur to Penang
- Pick up at Kuala Lumpur
- Proceed to Penang (Approx 4Hours 30Minute drive).
- Upon arrive at Penang proceed half day tour to Georgetown. Take a scenic drive through the streets of George Town – UNESCO World Heritage Site and witness the remnant left by the British and local dwellers of the past.
- Place of Interest: Fort Cornwallis, Little India, Streets of Racial Harmony, Penang Street Art, Chew Jetty. Penang’s famous White Coffee/ Tea @ Coffee Tree (own expenses).
- After tour, Check in hotel.
- Lunch and dinner at own expenses.
- Overnight at Penang hotel.
Day 2: Penang Full Day (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel
- City Tour: Penang Hill where you will ride a funicular train to its peak at 833m above sea level to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Georgetown and mainland Butterworth.
- Visit the Wat Chayamangkalaram Temple where the 4th longest Reclining Buddha Statue is found. Right
across the road you may also visit the Dhammikarama Burmese Temple which holds a Buddha statue standing at 8.2 meters, making it the tallest in Malaysia. The existence of these two temples is due to the early settlement of the Thai and Burmese community in the early 1800s. - Lunch and dinner at own expenses.
- Overnight at Penang hotel.
Day 3: Penang Full Day (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Proceed with tour to Kampung Agong it has the wisdom of traditional architecture which includes jelapang padi, rumah kampung, and so on. Furthermore, you can also stretch your legs and explore other areas in Kampung Agong such as the pond that is sprawled with water lilies.
- Next, head over to Batu Ferringhi beach. Enjoy the sea breeze as you stroll along the beach. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are various fun water activities you can try such as jet-skiing and parasailing (own expenses). After all the fun, free and easy enjoy the sunset.
- After tour, transfer back to hotel.
- Lunch and dinner at own expenses.
- Overnight at Penang hotel.
Day 4: Departure (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel
- Free and easy until check out
- Pick up at hotel lobby
- Proceed transfer back to Kuala Lumpur (4.5 hours drive)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The rates provided are based strictly on the minimum number of persons specified in the request above. If the actual number of persons is fewer or reduced, the rate will need to be recalculated and re-quoted accordingly.
- This is solely a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and the deposit to secure the quoted rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge/ weekend/ public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Illness or Absence: The guest is responsible for any expenses incurred due to early return. There will be no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
- Cancellation procedure: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following:
- If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for any lost reservations.
- If a member of the party made a cancellation, resulting in a change of room type (for example, from Twin to Single), the charges for the new room type will be shared among the remaining members of the party
- However, cancellation policies from third parties, such as resorts or other suppliers, may be subject to their respective penalties.
