Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Pulau Tioman (Dinner)
- Check in at 2pm, welcome drink provided – (Complimentary mangrove swamp walk – subject to availability, register upon check in)
- Start at 4pm Trekking to Rock Fall / 4.20pm Arrive at Rock Fall and enjoy the cool water streams from Mount Kajang / 4.50pm Explore the Mangrove Swamp and its inhabitants / 5.30pm Tour end.
- Set or buffet dinner served from 6.30pm – 9pm
Day 2: Snorkeling (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Breakfast served from 6am – 10am / complimentary morning Yoga 7-8am (subject to availability, register upon check in) / halfday snorkeling to Renggis Island & Marine Park (9am to 12pm). Snorkeling equipment Mask & Life Jacket included.
- Set or buffet lunch served at 12pm – 2.30pm.
- Afternoon: Eco Educational & Survival Program (EESP)
- 2pm Assemble at Activity Counter for short introduction and safety procedures / 2.50pm Trekking to the Mother Willow Tree, via main route / 2.45pm Survival Skills Practical Session (first aid, compass use, rope skills, signalling, shelter construction, trap setting, fire craft, cooking utensils, water purification) / 4pm Descend to upper Rock Fall, via Bamboo Forest trail / set or buffet dinner served from 6.30pm – 9pm.
Day 3: Departure (Breakfast)
- Breakfast served from 6am – 10am / complimentary morning Yoga 7-8am (subject to availability, register upon check in) / 11am prepare for check out.

Term & Conditions:
- Rates quoted are strictly for the minimum number of pax as mentioned above, rates may vary depending on the number of pax requested.
- This is only a quotation; no reservation has been made until we have received your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge
- Confirmation is subject to the availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- A 50% DEPOSIT from the total amount is required within 5 days from the invoice date to secure the booking (otherwise, it will be automatically canceled). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. For any additional rooms or guests added after the deposit, an additional deposit or full payment is required by the stated deadline
- CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT made 30days OR before the scheduled arrival will be charged RM100 per person. Cancellation/Amendment fee RM100 per person does not apply to Bed & Breakfast package. Cancellations made less than 30days before the arrival date will have no refund. No amendment is allowed less than 30days before departure. Please advise all travelers to buy travel insurance as there is no free amendment/cancellation regardless of any unforeseen circumstances, weather disruptions, ferry cancellations, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- NO REFUND will be made as a whole or in part for any unused days, unused activities booked, unconsumed food and other add-ons like candlelight dinner or room decoration at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure. Confirmed guests who do not show up will be charged in full and no refund will be made for whatever reason.
- Guests are not allowed to deal directly with us for any change/cancellation of reservations.
- REVISION of rates subject to change without prior notice unless deposit is paid.
- Rates from external operators are not within our control and need to follow their rates at time of booking. Example: Ferry prices will be based on day of purchase. Guests MUST pay fare difference even if they have made part/full payment to invoice if ferry tickets are not purchased yet
- FERRY time-slot availability subject to first come first serve basis at time of purchase after full payment of invoice received in our bank. Ferry ticket request for 3 days before check-in will not be entertained. Ferry tickets once purchased and confirmed, no cancellation / refund / amendment of date and time.
- Pahang State Government sustainability tax: -RM3.00 per room per night – payable upon check-in. Tax levied by Malaysian Authority will be imposed and paid by guests whether resort is able to advise beforehand.
