This itinerary offers a scenic journey through Kerala, beginning with arrival in Cochin and a transfer to your hotel. From there, you will travel to Munnar, exploring lush spice plantations, picturesque dams, lakes, and tea estates. Highlights include Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, and the Tea Museum, with free time to relax and enjoy the serene hill station atmosphere.
The tour continues to Thekkady, where you can visit spice plantations, Periyar Lake, and the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, with an optional boat ride to spot wildlife. Next, a unique houseboat experience in Alleppey allows you to cruise the tranquil backwaters, witnessing local village life and paddy fields. Day 1: Arrival – Cochin
- Arrived in Cochin International Airport and meet with our representative.
- Transfer to hotel and check in.
- Overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin – Munnar (126km / 3hr 52min) (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Drive to Munnar and en-route visit spice plantations.
- Arrival Munnar, check in hotel.
- Free at own leisure in the evening.
- Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Proceed visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake and photo point.
- Continue tour to Indo-Swiss Project, Elephant Arrival Spot and Tea Museum.
- Transfer back to hotel and rest.
- Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 4: Munnar – Thekkady (90.8km / 3hr) (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Transfer to Thekkady and check in hotel upon arrival.
- In the afternoon, pick up from hotel and visit Spice Plantation, Periyar lake and explore Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
- Optional – Boating at Periyar Lake (Boat ride on the manmade lake to view wildlife)
- Transfer back to hotel and rest.
- Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 5: Thekkady – Alleppey (139km / 3hr 56min) (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Proceed to Alleppey for houseboat experience.
- Check in to the houseboat.
- Sail through backwaters, enjoy village, paddy fields and local life views.
- Overnight stay on houseboat.
Day 6: Alleppey – Cochin (54.4km / 1hr 30min) (Breakfast)
- Breakfast on the houseboat.
- Check out and transfer to Cochin.
- Then, proceed with Cochin sightseeing visit Bolghatty Island, Chinese Fishing Nets, Fort Kochi Beach.
- Continue visit Jewish Synagogue, Santa Cruz Basilica and drive through Willingdon Island.
- Transfer to Trivandrum Airport for departure.
