Overview
Mantanani Island, off the northwest coast of Sabah, Malaysia, is a beautiful archipelago known for its clear turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. It’s a popular spot for snorkeling, diving, and bird watching. Accessible by boat from Kota Belud or Kota Kinabalu, the island offers various accommodations and is home to the local Bajau community. Visitors enjoy the rich marine life and pristine beaches but are encouraged to practice sustainable tourism to protect the environment.

Itinerary
Day 1: Kota Kinabalu – Kota Belud Jetty – Mantanani Island (Dinner)
- Meet at The Magellan Sutera Resort.
- Transfer to the jetty for around 1 hour drive. Join the scheduled boat transfer departure at 1415hrs. Upon arrival check in at resort. Dive into thrilling activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and the mesmerizing Blue Tears Tour. Capture Insta-worthy moments in paradise!
- Dinner and overnight at Mantanani Island.
Day 2: Mantanani Island – Mainland – Kota Kinabalu (Breakfast/Lunch)
- Breakfast at resort.
- Enjoy a peaceful morning snorkelling.
- Lunch and check out.
- Depart by 1300hrs back to mainland, transfer back to Kota Kinabalu @ The Sutera Magellan Resort.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The rates provided are based strictly on the minimum number of persons specified in the request above. If the actual number of persons is fewer or reduced, the rate will need to be recalculated and re-quoted accordingly.
- This is solely a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and the deposit to secure the quoted rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge/ weekend/ public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for any lost reservations.
- If a member of the party made a cancellation, resulting in a change of room type (for example, from Twin to Single), the charges for the new room type will be shared among the remaining members of the party
- However, cancellation policies from third parties, such as resorts or other suppliers, may be subject to their respective penalties.
- Illness or Absence – The guest is responsible for any expenses incurred due to early return. There will be no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
