1 DAY MELAKA TOUR
Overview
This one-day tour from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka begins with a pick-up at 7:30 AM, followed by a scenic 2-hour drive to the historic city of Melaka. Along the way, a brief stop will be made at RNR Nilai before continuing the journey. Upon arrival, the tour highlights include visiting St. Peter’s Church, the oldest Christian church in Malaysia, and driving past the historic Bukit China Chinese cemetery. Visitors will also stop at Princess Hang Li Poh’s Well and explore the Portuguese Settlement.
The tour continues with a visit to the famous Porta de Santiago, the ruins of St. Paul’s Church, and the iconic Red Square, home to the Dutch administrative buildings. A leisurely stroll along Jonker Street, known for its vibrant atmosphere and heritage shops, will conclude the tour before returning to Kuala Lumpur. This journey offers a blend of historical landmarks, colonial architecture, and cultural experiences in one of Malaysia’s most charming cities.

Kuala Lumpur – Melaka 1 Day Tour (10Hours)
- At 7.30am: Pick up at hotel lobby and transfer to Melaka about 2 hours’ drive.
- Stop by at RNR Nilai for around 10 minutes, then continue the journey to Malacca.
- Arrive Malacca.
- Visit St. Peter’s Church (1710) – the oldest Christian Church still in use in Malaysia.
- Drive past the largest 17th century Chinese cemetery outside of China, located at Bukit China or Chinese Hill.
- Stop at the foothill to view the Princess Hang Li Poh’s Well before driving into the Portuguese Settlement.
- Proceed to view the famous gateway. ‘Port De Santiago’ and the ruins of St. Paul’s Church lined by 17th century Dutch tombstones.
- Next on the list is “Red Square” – the salmon pink Dutch administrative buildings which today house the Malacca Museum and government offices.
- Take a stroll along Malacca’s Jonker Street, which ends by the banks of the Malacca River.
- After tour return to Kuala Lumpur hotel.

- The rates provided are based strictly on the minimum number of persons specified in the request above. If the actual number of persons is fewer or reduced, the rate will need to be recalculated and re-quoted accordingly.
- This is solely a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and the deposit to secure the quoted rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge/ weekend/ public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for any lost reservations.
- If a member of the party made a cancellation, resulting in a change of room type (for example, from Twin to Single), the charges for the new room type will be shared among the remaining members of the party
- However, cancellation policies from third parties, such as resorts or other suppliers, may be subject to their respective penalties.
- Illness or Absence – The guest is responsible for any expenses incurred due to early return. There will be no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
