Day 1 Kuala Lumpur - Mumbai
Upon arrival to New Delhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative. Transfer to hotel, whilst the room keys and check-in is organized, our representative will also hand over the “Welcome Folder” documents and brief you the tour programmed. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 Mumbai – Aurangabad (By Flight) (B)
Early morning transfer to the airport for your included fight to Aurangabad. Onward transfer to hotel, in the afternoon, we undertake a city sightseeing tour of Aurangabad. The Pani Chakki is a late 17th century water mill that displays the engineering skills of Malik Ambar, the architect of Aurangabad City. It is surrounded by a picturesque garden-landscape dotted with fish tanks. The Bibi-ka-maqbara was built by Aurangzeb’s son as a tribute to his mother, Begum Rabia-ud-Durani. It is a replica of the Taj Mahal and stands out as the only example of Mogul architecture on the Deccan Plateau. Also visit the Aurangabad Caves No. 7 & 8, caves from the Mahayana school of Buddhism. Day 3 Ajanta Caves (B)
After breakfast, enjoy a full day excursion to Ajanta Caves. Nestling in an inner fold of the Sahyadri hills, 100 kms from the city of Aurangabad in the shape of a mammoth horseshoe are the 30 rock-hewn caves of Ajanta, dating from 2nd century B.C. Discovered in 1819, by a group of British Officers, these startling achievements took around 600 years to create. Carved with little more than a hammer and chisel, Ajanta, once the retreat of the Buddhist monastic orders features several „Chaityas? and Viharas. The exquisite paintings and sculptures of Buddha’s life belong to the Mahayana period. Overnight at Aurangabad.
Day 4 Ellora Caves – Buddhist, Jain & Hindu Sculptures (B)
After breakfast, head out to Ellora Caves, Impressive is the rock-hewn temples and monasteries of Ellora that lie just 30 kms away from Aurangabad City and are the meeting point of the Buddhists, Jains, and Hindus. In all, there are 34 elaborate cave temples. This afternoon enjoys an excursion to Daulatabad Fort, a labyrinthine structure that was once covered in Persian tiles. Overnight stay at Aurangabad.
Day 5 Aurangabad – Mumbai by Flight – Goa by Flight (B)
After Breakfast, check out from the hotel & diver will drop in time departure to airport to board flight for Mumbai & take another board flight for Goa, on arrival with meeting and assistance at the airport, our representative will meet to welcome and escort you to the Hotel. While the room keys and check-in are organized, evening time leisure at hotel. Overnight stay at Goa Hotel.
Day 6 North Goa (B)
After Breakfast, and drive towards North Goa. North Goa is dotted with some of the most beautiful beaches of Goa. North Goa is home to a few tourist attractions like Fort Aguada, Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral. Spend the day sightseeing around North Goa. You can begin with a visit to “Cidade de Goa”, the original name given to the “City of Goa” which was established long back and now it is called “Old Goa”. Pay homage at the Basilica Bom Jesus, which is dedicated to Infant Jesus. The church has the sacred remains of St Francis Xavier. Visit the Museum of Christian Art, which is one of its kind museums in Asia. Return to Panjim, the capital of Goa and as you drive through the city enjoy viewing its unique colonial architecture. Stay overnight at Goa hotel.
Day 7 South Goa (B)
After breakfast, proceed for South Goa sightseeing at major attractions of South Goa including Colva Beach, Mangeshi Temple, Santa Durga Temple and some more attractions. Visit the historical “Largo de Igreja”, the Church square of Margao, which once used to be its colonial quarter. The church square is dotted with beautiful old buildings on one side and the beautiful Church of the Holy Spirit on the other. The Church of the Holy Spirit is one of the most grant churches of Goa, which was built back in the year 1564. The church is one of the finest examples of Indian Baroque style of architecture. Overnight stay at the Goa hotel.
Day 8 Goa – Mumbai by Flight – Departure (B)
After morning breakfast, check out from hotel and transfers to Goa airport catch your flight for Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai, take a sightseeing tour of Bombay city visiting Gateway of India, Victoria Terminus (Shivaji Terminus), Flora Fountain, Crawford Market Nehru Planetarium, and Chow patty Beach. Later Transfer to airport for departure.
