Day 1 Arrival – Negombo

Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, meet and greet by our representative. Transfer to the hotel & overnight stay.


Day 2 Negombo – Kandy (drive 3hrs/150km) (B)

After breakfast, check out hotel & drive 3 hrs to Kandy. En route visit Elephant orphanage, Hence proceed to your hotel for check in and spend the day in relax. After lunch at a restaurant, visit the herbal spice garden in Matale. Proceed to Kandy, in the evening enjoy colourful Kandyan Cultural Dance Show. Overnight stay.


Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage: See baby jumbos wondering around their cramped foster home or bottle fed and bathed by their human foster fathers at Pinnawala, about 90Km from Colombo towards Kandy is the home to some 100 or more elephant orphans. A place you will really enjoy and never forget. Most orphans are accustomed to their curious human visitors are harmless. Pinnawala is the most popular and accessible place to see large numbers of these lovable animals in a natural habitat is the most popular elephant ‘attraction’.

Spice Gardens: Sri Lanka has always been renowned for its spices. Over 15 different spices call Sri Lanka home and many of them are traded in the international spice market. Cinnamon especially is endemic to Sri Lanka, and highest quality ‘true cinnamon’ can be obtained here. However if a visitor does not know the right places to purchase spices it is very easy to be duped for low quality spices or pay unnecessarily exorbitant prices.

Kandy cultural show: Sri Lanka, a country rich with culture & tradition offers a very vibrant and unique show of Sri Lankan traditional dances, in the form of Kandy cultural show.

Day 3 Kandy - Nuwara Eliya (drive 3hrs/80km) (B)

After breakfast, check out hotel, proceed for Kandy city tour. Visit the Gem Museum, Market of Traditional Arts and Crafts, and other authentic Sri Lankan decorative items. Proceed to visit the great Temple of Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Garden & Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is better known as Little England of Sri Lanka. The climate, Surroundings & architecture of this area are different than other villages. Due to its cooler climate, it is the most important area for tea production in Sri Lanka. Visit to explore the Tea Factory & Tea Plantations in Nuwara Eliya. Check in to hotel and relax. Overnight stay.


Temple of Tooth Relic: The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic a tooth of the Buddha. During puja (of- firings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you don’t actually see the tooth. It’s kept in a gold casket shaped like a Dagoba (stupa), which contains a series of six Dagoba caskets of diminishing size. Also as a main temple, the complex includes a series of smaller temples, shrines and museums.

The Chinmaya mission of Sri Lanka: Built a temple with Lord Hanuman as the pre-siding deity. The temple is on a stunning location that looks out towards part of the Kotmale valley, According to the legend, this is where Hanuman searched for Sita in the jungles above and behind the temple. There is supposed to be a stretch of barren land known as the ‘Chariot Path’ on which Ravana took Sita to Ashoka Vatika to show-case the beauty of kingdom.

Tea Factory & Tea Plantations: Once in the tea factory, you would generally start out in the plantation itself to learn about how tea is cultivated, then visit the factory where ancient machines pre- dating the industrial revolution wither, roll and dry the tea. Some of the larger tea factories can get extremely crowded with tourists so do be prepared for the fact that this is a very touristic experience, but entrance costs are usually nominal or free, and it’s definitely worth your time to pay a visit, even if only to get a chance to see the antique machines at work


Day 4 Nuwara Eliya - Colombo (drive 5hrs/180km) (B)

After breakfast, check out hotel & proceed to Colombo. En route, enjoy a thrilling adventurous white water rafting at Kitulgala. Lunch at a restaurant. Check in to your hotel, City tour and shopping in Colombo. Overnight stay.


SeethaAmman Tempole: This colourful Hindu temple, of Nuwara Eliya, is said to mark the spot where Sita was held captive by the demon king Rawana, and where she prayed daily for Rama to come and rescue her. On the rock face across the stream are circular depressions said to be the footprints of Rawana’s elephant. The Sita Amman Temple is the only place of worship dedicated to Lady Sita, the virtuous wife of Lord Rama.

White water rafting: Experience White Water Rafting in the picturesque Kelani River, covering 5 major rapids and 4 minor rapids. This activity is for none above the age of 10 years with safety gear, modern rafts, and a comprehensive safety briefing will be given by our white water rafting instructors beforehand.


Day 5 Colombo - Airport (1hrs 30min drive/ 35km) (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for depart back home.
