Optional visits such as the Abu Simbel Temples offer deeper insight into Egypt’s grandeur. Day 1 – Wednesday: Arrival Cairo (Dinner)
- Upon arrival at airprot, meet with our local representative and transfer to hotel for check in and overnight.
- Dinner will be provided at local restaurant.
Day 2 – Thursday: Cairo (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After Breakfast, transfer to visit The Pyramid of Giza – the oldest & largest of the three Pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex.
- Visit the Papyrus Factory to learn about ancient Egyptian paper making and art and visit Essence Factory to refresh yourself in this Egyptian fragrant.
- Next, transfer to visit the (GEM) NEW GRAND EGYPTIAN MUSEUM.
- End your day with shopping at the largest bazaar in Middle East — Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
- Lunch & Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 3 – Friday: Cairo – Aswan (domestic flight not included) – Nile Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Breakfast and today transfer to the Airport for flight to Aswan.
- Arrive Aswan for sightseeing of the High Dam ~ one of the three largest dams in the world.
- Continue to visit the Unfinished Obelisk.
- Also try on a distinctive sail of felucca’s silhouetted against the setting sun.
- Later transfer to the Nile Cruise for Check in and overnight on board.
- Lunch, Dinner & Overnight on board of Nile Cruise.
Day 4 – Saturday: Aswan – Abi Simble – Kom Ombo – Nile Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Today is a lifetime opportunity for OPTIONAL TRIP to visit the Temple of Abu Simbel ~ flanked by four gigantic statues of Ramses II (by BUS).
- Return to the cruise and continue our tranquil cruise along the Nile arriving at Kom-Ombo.
- Visit the roofless Temple of Kom-Ombo, which was dedicated to the falcon and crocodile god.
- Then, back to the cruise and relax on the deck of our boat as it glides by primitive villages on our cruise to Edfu.
- Tea and coffee will be served in the early evening.
- Overnight on board of Nile Cruise.
Day 5 – Sunday: Edfu – Esna – Luxor – Nile Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- Today, visit Temple of Edfu, the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt which is an essential landmark for archaeological enthusiasts. Experience a ride on horse carriage from the dock to the entrance of Edfu Temple.
- Back to the Nile Cruise and continue sailing to Luxor via Esna lock.
- Tea and coffee will be served in the early evening.
- Overnight on board of Nile Cruise.
Day 6 – Monday: Luxor – Cairo (domestic flight not included) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After breakfast, check out from the Nile Cruise.
- Proceed to visit the Valley of the Kings, where 64 of Egypt’s Pharaohs had their palatial resting places hewed into the sheer rock.
- Continue to visit Temple of Luxor, dedicated to Amon famous for its huge pylons built by Ramses II. It is also famous with its huge columns which end with the shape of papyrus plant.
- See the Temple of Karnak, a holy city of pylon, hypostyle halls, colossal statues, shrines and obelisk.
- Next, transfer to the Airport for flight back to Cairo.
- Arrive & transfer to the hotel for overnight.
- Lunch & Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 7 – Tuesday: Cairo – Departure (Breakfast)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Transfer to visit Coptic Cairo.
- Visit Hanging Church, Church of St Sergius & Bacchus.
- Transfer to airport for departure back.
